MMG  defends clients in a wide range of lawsuits including: construction accident liability, premises liability, medical malpractice, legal malpractice, toxic torts, products liability, personal and commercial automobile liability and homeowner . Founded by Walter McMahon and Lou Martine in 1958, MMG represents national and multi-national insurance companies as well as self-insured businesses and professionals litigating matters in New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania. After McMahon’s untimely passing in 1971, the firm continued to grow and build its reputation under the leadership of Lou Martine and William Gallagher.

 

Now in its second generation of leadership under Anthony Martine, Tim Gallagher and Managing Partner Aoife Reid, MMG has bolstered its capabilities through solution oriented, collaborative and inclusive practices, prioritizing innovation, diversity and security.  MMG recognizes that constant innovation is imperative to providing top of the line legal representation to our clients. MMG is committed to the future of the legal profession, forging relationships with area law schools to provide on the job training and real world legal experience to law students. Selected students  join the firm for a semester and earn credit performing legal work under the supervision of experienced litigation Partners and Associates. This structured program is administered via phased modules empowering students to embark on their career paths with confidence in their litigation knowledge and experience. We are excited to deepen our dedication to the New York Legal community and provide valuable experiences to law students. In addition MMG maintains partnerships with international universities and foreign students interested in pursuing the legal profession.
