Thomas Bundock joined MMG as an Associate in November 2018 and is responsible for Premises Liability and Labor Law Construction Accidents. Tom began his litigation career as an Assistant District Attorney in the Kings County District Attorney's Office where he worked for four years. In this capacity, he worked primarily in the Auto Crimes and Sex Crimes Bureaus. Following that, he worked for various insurance defense firms and handled a variety of cases including medical malpractice, toxic tort, construction accident, as as automobile and premises liability cases.
Tom has also worked for a hedge fund where he provided legal consultation involving the analysis of civil and criminal investigations and suits brought by the SEC for matters related to violations of the Securities Act of 1994.
Tom has appeared before and tried cases in the Criminal and Civil Terms of the Supreme Court in New York City, as well as the Superior Court of the State of New Jersey and the Federal District Court of New Jersey. He has appeared before and argued cases in the Appellate Division, Second Department, and has appeared before the Federal District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts in New York.
Tom Graduated from Fordham University School of Law in 1985. He graduated cum laude from Fordham College in 1981, with a B.A. in Economics. Tom is admitted to practice in New York State Courts, New Jersey State Courts, the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York, and the District Court of New Jersey.
