Maxwell Shaevitz joined McMahon Martine & Gallagher LLP as an Associate in 2023. He gained his initial experience at some of the most prominent plaintiff and defense personal injury firms in New York City. Max currently handles a variety of general liability matters with a strong focus on motor vehicle accident litigation and premises liability.
Max is a persistent advocate and will use every tool at his disposal to obtain the most successful outcome for his clients.
Max received his J.D. from Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University in 2022. He also obtained a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Miami. He is currently admitted to practice law in New York State.
