Artie Venti joined McMahon, Martine & Gallagher, LLP in 2020, where he focuses on labor law and general liability cases. He handles all aspects of these cases from inception through mediation. Previously, Artie managed a boutique litigation law firm in East Flatbush, Brooklyn handling hundreds of civil litigation claims both on the plaintiff and the defense side, before serving as the Associate Director of Advancement and Communications at the University of California Hastings College of the Law in San Francisco. While collaborating with some of the top legal minds in the country, he influenced the next generation of lawyers with the mantra, "It's about working for justice for those you represent. Focus on what they need and how you can get that done." Artie continues to practice the law with the same passion and dedication for each client at MMG. He is motivated by a drive for excellence for each of his clients and endeavors to maintain his track record of quality representation. His energy and instinct combine for professional service in a friendly manner, while his experience and insight craft a strategy for success. Artie earned a JD from Touro College’s Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center in 2009. He received his BA from Loyola College of Maryland in 2003 with a concentration in History and Communications. Artie is admitted in New York State Courts, Eastern District of New York, Southern District of New York, and admission is pending with California State Courts.
