Nick Serlin joined McMahon, Martine, & Gallagher LLP as an associate in February 2019. His practice areas focus on personal injury and general liability, with a primary focus on premises liability, motor vehicle accidents, and construction accidents. Prior to joining the firm, Nick practiced for six years in plaintiff personal injury matters handling primarily premises liability and motor vehicle accidents. Nick has experience practicing in trial courts throughout New York City and New Jersey and has handled all aspects of cases in both jurisdictions from inception to trial. Nick's unique and collaborative approach together with his attention to detail are what set him apart from his peers. Nick dedicates himself to the defense of his clients with a singular focus on their best interests for each and every case he handles. He prides himself on taking immediate action to meet the needs of his clients no matter the size and scope of the topic. 

 

Nick received his Juris Doctorate from New York Law School in 2012. He graduated from Rutgers University in 2008 with a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice. Nick is admitted to practice in New York State Courts, New Jersey State Courts, and the District Court of New Jersey.
