With almost two decades of experience, Andrew is a litigation and trial attorney in state and federal court who delivers exceptional client service. He joined the firm in 2004 and became a partner in 2012. His practice includes representation of owners, general contractors and subcontractors in major and complex tort litigation, the defense of property damage disputes, premises liability, and automobile liability. Andrew’s practice emphasizes vigorous pre-trial investigation, motion practice, and detailed pleadings. His well thought out legal strategies result in more favorable settlements and reduced payouts for clients. When engaged in trial Andrew focuses on building compelling narratives of evidence, testimony and facts to convince a jury to return a defense verdict, many of which he has achieved in his career.
Andrew earned is Bachelors Degree in World Politics from Hamilton College in 1995 and his Juris Doctorate from Temple Law School in 2002. Andrew was admitted to the New York Bar in May 2004. He was admitted to the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of New York, and the Sothern District of New York, both in 2013.
