Aoife began her career at McMahon Martine & Gallagher in 2006 as an associate but was promoted within the firm and currently acts as managing partner. She oversees and focuses her practice on construction site accident litigation, premises liability matters, insurance coverage litigation, property damage litigation, automobile litigation and appellate practice. She and her team have vast knowledge of issues involving contractual indemnification, insurance procurement and risk management. A professional and effective advocate, Aoife excels at guiding complex cases to favorable resolutions. As managing partner she is responsible for all aspects of the firm, including daily operations, strategic planning, and building a strong culture. She has a passion for building synergies between talent and resources to elicit transformative action. She continuously seeks to leverage new and leading technology to promote efficient and cost conscious litigation. Creative, dedicated and a natural leader, Aoife’s tenacity is obvious in her commitment to delivering consistent high quality service.
Aoife graduated in 2003 with a Bachelor of Civil Law with honors from University College Dublin. She graduated in 2010 with an LLM in International Business and Trade from Fordham University. She was admitted to the New York Bar in 2006, to the California Bar in 2014 and was recognized as one of the top 40 under 40 by the Irish Echo in 2019.
