Roderick J. Coyne joined McMahon, Martine, and Gallagher, LLP in August 2008 after nearly twenty years of experience in insurance defense. Litigating in many of the firm's major practice areas, including legal malpractice, Labor Law construction site liability, general negligence and motor vehicle liability, Rod's emphasis is to provide exemplary and extraordinary service for our clients on each and every case. He continually updates strategy for favorable outcomes on motions, at mediation or at trial. He has tried over 50 cases to verdict. Rod's philosophy is simple: focus on each individual client. He wants to give his clients the feeling that they have a close personal friend who is advocating on their behalf.

Rod earned his Bachelors Degree from the University of Notre Dame in 1986 and his Juris Doctorate from Albany Law School of Union University in 1989. Rod is admitted to the New York State Bar and U.S. District Courts, Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.

"I have valued Rod's professional services for over 25 years. He perennially provides keen legal analysis and vigorous advocacy. Rod is a cagey veteran and starter on my all-star team of attorneys." - Douglas J. Hayden, Esq., President, Wright Public Entity
