Since the inception of his legal career in 1994, Anthony D. Martine has focused on trial work. An attorney admitted in New York and New Jersey, Anthony has tried cases in all of the firm’s specialties, including construction accidents, general liability, medical malpractice, toxic torts and auto liability. He has taken more than 40 verdicts in his career.
In addition to being one of McMahon, Martine & Gallagher’s lead trial attorneys, Anthony co-manages the New York offices with his partner Timothy D. Gallagher and runs McMahon, Martine & Gallagher’s New Jersey office. He oversees all of the firm’s client needs, and guides the associate lawyers to be aggressive and competent litigators. Anthony shares his experiences with other members of the legal profession, giving lectures and presentations on various aspects of trial work.
Anthony earned his his Juris Doctorate at DePaul University School of Law in 1994. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree at Boston College in 1991.

Anthony serves on the Board of Directors of the Defense Association of New York. He is also a Board member (First Judicial District representative) of the Torts, Insurance & Compensation Law Section of The New York State Bar Association. In that capacity, Anthony co-chaired that section's 2005 Annual Meeting, held in Ireland. In 2006, the New York State Bar Association honored Anthony with its Sheldon Hurwitz Young Lawyer of the Year Award for Anthony's work with the Association.
