Adham M. Elsayed joined McMahon Martine & Gallagher LLP as an Associate in 2023 and has quickly become a key member of the construction accident litigation team. Adham’s skill is supported by a wide range of experience including working in civil litigation, family law, and immigration law. Following law school, Adham worked for the Legal Aid Society, advocating on behalf of undocumented individuals seeking asylum. In 2018, Adham shifted his focus to litigating personal injury matters, specializing in construction accidents.
Adham’s expertise in navigating complex matters is evident through his reputation for being exceptionally thorough. He prepares each case as if it were being tried. Adham attended Syracuse University College of Law and obtained his J.D. in 2013. He also earned a Bachelor of Arts from St. Lawrence University. He is admitted to practice in both State and Federal Courts in New York.
