Timotei Raveica, joined McMahon, Martine & Gallagher, LLP in 2020. His practice focuses on premises and automobile liability primarily but he also litigates labor law liability cases. Tim began his legal career in 2019, litigating construction defect, toxic tort, labor law, and trip and fall liability matters. He also gained experience as an intern in risk assessment and compliance as well as police misconduct. Tim approaches each case with a a tenacious and dedicated work ethic, coupled with the willingness to go above and beyond to get his clients the best possible outcome. His ability to effectively communicate with all parties involved helps him reach the best resolution possible for each client's case.
Tim earned his Juris Doctorate from City University of New York School of Law in 2019. He received his Bachelors degree from North Carolina State University in 2010 with a concentration in History and German. Tim is admitted to practice in New York State Courts. Tim is fluent in Romanian.
