Stephanie R. Carrington joined McMahon, Martine & Gallagher LLP in 2019, and handles general liability and labor law cases on a part time basis. A registered nurse, Stephanie brings medical expertise to evaluating a case, understanding injuries, and developing her litigation strategy. She has prior experience working in hospitals and with insurance companies and has previously practiced in medical malpractice, labor and employment law, and corporate law. Stephanie is admitted to practice in both New York and New Jersey State Courts. Stephanie believes strongly in uncovering facts to support her clients defense.
Stephanie earned her Juris Doctorate with a Health Law concentration from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2012. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Pennsylvania in 2007.
