Mikhail Pinkusovich joined McMahon, Martine & Gallagher as an associate in 2018. He has defended clients in hundreds of personal injury matters stemming from motor vehicle accidents and premises liability cases. Prior to joining MMG, Mike was employed at a prominent personal injury firm in Queens, New York, where he handled all types of matters from inception through trial. Mike, originally from Ukraine but a native son of Brooklyn since the age of 6, is a strong and tactical advocate who will work diligently on behalf of his clients to find win-win solutions. His knack for captivating audiences through story-telling and his thorough understanding of the trial process help him guide clients to desired results. With regard to representation, his motto is simple: provide each and every client with aggressive and professional representation. 
 

Mike received his Juris Doctorate from Touro Law Center in 2009.  He earned a Bachelor of Science from SUNY Stony Brook in 2006. Mike is admitted to practice in New York State Courts, New Jersey State Courts, and the Eastern District of New York. He is a native Russian speaker.
