Lee Tarr joined McMahon, Martine & Gallagher LLP as an Associate in 2021. Her practice focuses on motor vehicle, premises and labor law liability cases. Prior to joining MMG Lee worked at another insurance defense firm in the same practice areas since early 2019. Prior to that Lee litigated Matrimonial Law cases for several years where she took over 15 cases to trial. She also has experience working as an Appellate Attorney for a non-profit organization. Lee’s motivation comes from her desire to help clients achieve their goals. Believing that each case is its own puzzle that needs to be solved, Lee prides herself on thorough investigation and an acute attention to detail. Her motto is simple: “Leave no stone unturned”. Lee has particular added strengths in legal writing, consistent client communication and in striking a balance between working with adversaries and zealously defending her clients.
Lee earned her Juris Doctorate from New York Law School in 2015. She was admitted to practice in New York State Courts in 2016.
