Colton A. Posey joined McMahon Martine & Gallagher LLP as an Associate in 2023. Colton’s practice focuses on premises liability, construction accidents, and motor vehicle accidents. His work ethic, charisma, and persistence ensured that he quickly became integral to the firm’s general liability team. Prior to working for MMG, Colton represented clients in a variety of complex legal issues, including real property transactions, intellectual property disputes, and corporate litigation.
Colton is committed to providing clients with optimized actionable strategies while maintaining open and honest communication. He thrives on gaining a thorough understanding of each case so that he can offer the best legal solution to his clients.
Colton received his J.D. from New York Law School in 2022 and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Central Florida. He is admitted to the New York State Bar and is a member of the LGBT Bar Association and the Cherokee Nation Bar Association.
