Dejon C. Delpino, joined McMahon, Martine & Gallagher, LLP in 2020. Her practice focuses on the litigation of personal injury matters including labor law, premises liability, and automobile liability. Prior to joining MMG, Dejon focused her practice on the defense of liability cases brought against insurance companies and self-insured entities. She gained considerable previous experience in the litigation of construction accident, automobile, trip and fall cases and coverage disputes. Dejon is also particularly knowledgeable in the area of New York's No-Fault law and has successfully defended hundreds of No-Fault claims. Prior to beginning her career in litigation, Dejon taught Legal Research and Writing to international graduate students as an adjunct professor at Temple University's Beasley School of law. Dejon's litigation approach builds a foundation on the tools of thorough investigation, fact development, effective pre-trial motion practice, creative discovery efforts and electronic evidence production, thorough jury selection strategy and effective direct examination. She is dedicated to providing her clients with the highest level of representation on each and every case.
Dejon earned a Juris Doctorate from Rutgers School of Law in 2014. Dejon earned an LLM in Transnational Law from Temple University's Beasley School of Law in 2016. She received her Bachelors degree from Arizona State University in 2008 with a concentration in economics and a minor in mathematics. She is admitted to practice in New York State Courts, the Southern District of New York, and United States Tax Courts.
