Chauncey Gibson is an associate in the New York Office of McMahon Martine & Gallagher. His practice focuses on general liability with an emphasis on premises liability, construction and labor law.
Chauncey has experience in complex civil litigation defense, representing clients through discovery, motion practice, settlement negotiation and mediation. Prior to joining McMahon Martine & Gallagher, LLP Chauncey also gained significant experience handing bodily injury and property damages claims at an insurance company.
Chauncey received his Juris Doctor Degree from Hofstra University School of Law in 2013. He graduated from Tufts University in 2009 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English a minor in Political Science.
Prior to attending law school, Chauncey worked as a legislative aide and speech writer in the Nassau County Legislature.
