Arthur Pitts joined MMG as an Associate in August 2018 and is responsible for general liability matters and automobile accidents.
Before joining MMG, Arthur worked for a private firm in Virginia that facilitated DOJ antitrust and product liability investigations.
While attending the Notre Dame Law School, Arthur worked for the Public Defender Service for the District of Columbia and represented DC Code offenders charged with various felonies. He argued cases before an administrative panel in the DC Jail on behalf of prisoners charged with various crimes, who were often unaware of their Constitutional Rights as well as the Bureau of Prisons’ regulations which applied to them. Arthur also represented indigent defendants in South Bend, Indiana, as a law clerk for the Notre Dame Legal Aid Clinic.
Arthur earned his Juris Doctorate from Univeristy of Notre Dame Law School in 2011. He graduated in 2006 with a Master of Philosophy from the University of Cambridge, and earned a Master of Professional Writing and Editing from George Mason University in 2005. In 2004, Arthur earned his Bachelor of Arts in English and Government and International Relations from George Mason University.
